Whether you are looking for a different size or a new style, our team is here to assist you every step of the way. By providing a transparent and fair policy, we aim to reduce any hesitation, ensuring your experience with our high-end jewelry is as seamless and premium as the pieces themselves.
Flexible Jewelry Returns and Easy Exchanges
Our Exchange & Refund Policy ensures a seamless shopping experience for your jewelry needs. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We accept requests within 30 days of purchase to provide you with ample time to evaluate your selection. Customers can choose between a full refund to the original payment method, store credit for future purchases, or a direct exchange for a different size or style. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are excluded. Our goal is to reduce hesitation and build lasting trust through transparency and hassle-free processing.
Seamless Exchanges and Stress-Free Refunds
Initiating an exchange or refund at Luxurious Vanity is a seamless process designed for your peace of mind. First, contact our dedicated support team via email within seven days of receiving your jewelry to request a Return Authorization. Once approved, securely package your items in their original, unworn condition with all authenticating documents and packaging included. Ship the parcel back to our fulfillment center using a trackable service to ensure safe arrival. Upon receipt, our specialists will conduct a quality inspection. After verification, we will promptly process your exchange for a new piece or issue a refund to your original payment method, keeping you informed at every step.
Our Return and Exchange Policy Guidelines
To ensure a smooth process, please note the following policy conditions. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. All requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit. Your refund will be issued once our quality team verifies the item’s condition.
